About Complori
Complori's mission is to make the next generation future-proof. We are teaching kids 21st century skills like coding, critical thinking, collaboration and technology literacy (to name a few) with our hybrid learning platform.

We are dedicated to develop an adaptive and gamified, web based learning platform that features online live group classes for children aged 7-16.

With our Seed funding of €3.5 million (by leading European VCs Speedinvest, Educapital and Sparkmind) we are building a kick-ass team to further develop our product and reach more learners.

Your mission at Complori
  • Acquisition: Mit deinem growth-mindset, setzt du eigenständig eine breite Auswahl an Wachstumsmaßnahmen, Kooperationen oder channel-tests um.
  • Project management: Du verantwortest diverse Marketingprojekte von Kundenkommunikation (z.B. Content-Erstellung, E-Mail Marketing), Funnel-Optimierungen bis hin zu Offline-Marketing Maßnahmen.
  • Hands-On: Du kannst die verschiedenen Maßnahmen nicht nur planen, sondern setzt sie auch eigenverantwortlich um.
  • Analysis: Mithilfe deiner Analyse- und Reportingfähigkeiten kannst du den Erfolg der Hypothesen einzelner Maßnahmen messen und diese somit stetig verbessern.
  • Team: Du arbeitest zusammen mit unserem Marketing- und Sales-Team

How to become part of the Complori team   

  1. We are excited to receiving your application with your CV. After our review, we will get in touch with you to schedule a 30-minute interview with you.
  2. Based on the position (not for Tech Lead), we would love for you to complete a short homework. This could be a coding challenge, a design task or a case study.
  3. In the next interview you will meet your future direct manager and present the homework you completed. Afterwards we might ask you for some references.
  4. We will get back to you after a couple of days with our decision, and you are all set to become part of the Complori team!
  5. Your team will be excited to onboard you thoroughly, and you will be meeting everyone at Complori.

  • Executing a broad range of marketing projects
Your mission at Complori
  • Acquisition: With your growth mindset, you execute a broad range of growth initiatives, cooperations, and channel tests (offline/online)
  • Project management: You manage a diverse number of marketing projects from customer communication (e.g. content writing, newsletter, blog articles etc.), funnel optimization to ad hoc topics.
  • Hands-On: You not only plan the initiatives, but also have a talent for implementing them operationally in agile sprints.
  • Analysis: Using analysis and reporting, you independently control the success of your hypothesis tests and initiatives and derive measures to improve our campaigns.
  • Team: You work closely with our marketing and sales team.

  • You are a true marketing maverick and thrive as a generalist in different marketing areas
  • You have an absolute growth mindset and feel at home in the startup world
  • You have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing
  • You enjoy testing new channels and iteratively finding the best initiatives for growth through trial & error.
  • You are happy when you fail or make mistakes because you can derive new learnings from them.
  • You are not too shy to roll up your sleeves and lend a hand when it comes to rolling out the initiatives.
  • You have very good knowledge of German and English (C2 German skills are mandatory due to the German copies you work with)
