We are teaching kids 21st century skills like coding, critical thinking, collaboration and technology literacy (to name a few) with our hybrid learning platform. We are dedicated to develop an adaptive and gamified, web based learning platform that features online live group classes for children aged 7-16.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced people operations leader who wants to expand their expertise and enable the growth of Complori's community of coaches. You will manage the coach's employment cycle from recruitment to onboarding and enablement to offboarding enabling us to double its size in the next 8 months.  
Your mission at Complori
  • Lead and improve the coaches' recruitment process (from screening to offer letter). We aim to double the size of the team by the end of the year so scalability will be key 
  • Improve the existing onboarding process ensuring that every coach is set up for success before they start teaching their first class 
  • Be the face of Complori in front of the coaches. You will answer their day-to-day questions in Slack and help them resolve blockers 
  • Maintain and improve the Coach PerformanceYou will develop and execute measures to ensure a high customer satisfaction with the coaches. You will collaborate very closely with the Product team on this and own the Coach Quality KPI 
  • Manage monthly payroll for the coaches' team with our external accountant 
We are a perfect fit if...
  • You are fluent in German and English (this is a must and unfortunately, we can't consider applicants with less than C1 level in either of the languages) 
  • 5+ years of experience in people and recruitment operations, ideally in a 70 + people startup  
  • Deep understanding of German labour law 
  • Experience automating processes and always being on the lookout for improving workflows 
  • Strong communication skills. You will need those in everyday communication with the coaches as well as during their interview process.  
  • You have set up a recruitment process and ensured it is executed successfully 
  • Attention to details 
  • You can manage tight deadlines and requests from multiple stakeholders 
  • You are comfortable setting up processes and working with Personio both as HRIS and ATS
  • You have experience in performance management

  • You have set up a Learning and Development processes for a fast growing team 
  • You have experience managing an online community
